The Ville Resort-Casino New Hotel

We are excited to announce that Smartscape will be providing the full lighting control solution for the new hotel development currently under construction next to the existing Ville Resort & Casino in Townsville.

With completion expected in 2023, the $88 million development will feature 132 rooms, day spas, restaurants, glamourous outdoor areas and a stunning roof top bar.

Working with our North Qld partner Bonlec, the complete system will provide seamless building wide control with full integration to property management and guest check in systems, mechanical and AV, ensuring the best possible guest experience and easy management for the hotel staff.

The system will utilise a DALI-2 control system, the global standard in lighting controls, from the market leader Zencontrol, which was chosen due to its ability for seamless integration with the other systems, without the need for specific gateways and for its open platform ensuring the project is future proofed with easy expandability and upgrades if required.
